Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy

You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition

  • All packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items not due to shipping issues

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Returns requested after the 14-day window

Return Process:

To start a return, email us at support@dispatchersnest.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item): We will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — or before the item has been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.

To Cancel an Order:

Contact us immediately at support@diapatchernest.com with your order number and cancellation request.

  • If the order has not shipped, we will cancel and issue a full refund.

  • If the order has already shipped, you must wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Please note: We cannot cancel custom or personalized items once production has started.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
