1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed, provided the item has not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but may be eligible for return under our Return & Exchange Policy.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

We are unable to cancel orders that:

  • Have already been shipped or delivered

  • Were custom or special-order items

  • Were marked as Final Sale or Non-Cancelable

If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.


4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
