Thank you for shopping with Dispatchernest! We are committed to delivering your home and kitchen appliances in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options based on your location and the size of the item:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@dispatchersnest.com.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Lost Packages: If your tracking status says “delivered” but you have not received the item, contact us immediately. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Freight Delivery (for Large Appliances)
Large items such as refrigerators, ovens, or washing machines may be delivered via freight. Freight deliveries require:
A valid phone number for scheduling
Someone 18+ present to receive the delivery
Curbside delivery unless otherwise stated
Please inspect the item before signing the delivery receipt.
7. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free for orders over $50.
Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee (calculated at checkout).
Expedited and freight shipping rates vary based on the destination and item weight/size.
